Terms of Service

By using ShipIt Clean ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ShipIt Clean provides automated code analysis using AI agents. The Service analyzes source code you submit and produces improvement recommendations, comments, and suggestions. These are informational only and do not constitute professional auditing, legal advice, or certification of any kind.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Code

You retain all ownership and rights to source code you submit for review. By submitting code, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it through our analysis engine and AI model providers solely for the purpose of generating review results. We do not claim any ownership of your code.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit code you do not have the right to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission
• Use automated means to abuse the free tier or credit system

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the current period. Annual plans run for the full term. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Published Reports

If you publish a review report, it becomes publicly accessible via a unique URL. You are responsible for ensuring published reports do not expose sensitive information (credentials, secrets, proprietary code). You can unpublish or delete reports at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

Analysis results are generated by AI models and may contain errors, false positives, or miss real issues. The Service is a tool to assist human code review, not a replacement for it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any recommendations for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: issues in your code that the Service failed to detect, downtime or service interruptions, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your review history and account data will be deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
